Hévíz is the most significant centre of Hungarian and central European spa tourism. Besides being a city of health tourism, the town of Hévíz is also known as a wellness destination for the younger generations. The thermal lake in Hévíz is unique and well known all around the world. The 4.4 hectar lake is the greatest hot water and peat bottomed thermal lake in the world, surrounded by a 50 hectar protective wooden fence. The thermal water mostly displays its favourable effects on locomotive diseases.

The rooms

A balcony or a terrace belongs to each of the 234 renovated rooms, the rooms are equipped with a bath or a shower, a hairdryer, a safe, a telephone, satellite TV, an individually controlled air conditioner and a mini bar.

In the Vitalium Medical Wellness Centre of the hotel our guests who want to keep fit and healthy can find a wide range of refreshing, relaxing wellness services both traditional and alternative ones: medical examination, consultation about health problems, “healthy way of life”, healthy diet, balneohydrotherapy, mechanotherapy, electrotherapy, magnetic therapy, oxygen therapy, inhalation, special packings, therapeutic exercises, sport animation, other therapeutic and special treatments ordered by the doctor.
